Our vision? To create a future where brands have the opportunity to compete with high-impact, creative content. We innovated, systemised and optimised the traditional content processes, transforming the industry into a more inclusive and dynamic space for all.

Lasse Guldberg Kamper
Head of Content (Videographer & Photographer)
Lasse is the creative eye behind almost everything that happens in the studio. With over 10 years of experience in the film industry (not even counting his acting days as a kid, which probably helped shape the brilliant director he is today), his approach to content is far beyond what we could ever wish for in such a key role. Also, a random fact: he loves tiramisu and chilli!
Valerie Barbora Novakova
Head of Marketing & Strategy
Valerie is our mastermind behind most content ideas and complex productions. She guides our members strategically and practically when it comes to producing content, making sure the ideas we produce aren’t just "cool looking" but actually work. She’s probably locked in on her treadmill looking busy, but chat her up when you see her—she’s actually friendly and loves distractions.
Fannie Melander
COO
Fannie is the ultimate multitasker. She’s the friendly face behind all member communication and internal content management, always armed with a smile and a stash of Kinder chocolate. (And no, you can’t have any, it’s strictly hers.) She keeps the CoHo vibes high, the workflows smooth, and the members happy. It’s a lot to juggle, but she makes it look effortless.
Patrick Bates
Founder and CEO
Patrick’s not just the founder of CoHo; he’s the guy who dreams big and makes it happen. With 8+ years of experience working with brands like Carlsberg and Audi (yep, the fancy ones), he’s taken his talents from the UK to the Middle East. When he’s not running CoHo, he’s juggling his second business, 4V Films, or being Carlo’s loyal servant.

Ravi is our editing powerhouse and AI expert. Need a fast turnaround and stunning results? Ravi’s got it covered. Oh, and did we mention he’s a yoga teacher on the side? Yep, he’s as balanced as his edits are flawless.
Enrico Abbatista

Enrico’s the new kid on the block, and he’s already got us impressed. He edits like a pro, rocks sunnies like they’re permanently glued on, and brings with a vibe that screams “Italian excellence” (because, well, he’s Italian). We’re still figuring him out, but so far, so good.

Video Editor
A remote superstar at colour grading. He’s a quiet guy. Mysterious. Elusive. We don’t know much, just that he delivers, he’s 180cm tall, and he’s Italian. That’s the personal breakdown. That’s all you’re getting.
Zofia Pasternak
Junior Marketing Producer
Zofia, or as we call her: Zosia, is our Marketing and Production Lead. She’s a sharp mind with great ideas and organisational ability. She’s originally from Poland, she’s moved to Denmark for her internship with us and we just couldn’t let her go. When she’s not working, she’s probably watching sitcoms or movies while knitting something cozy, like a scarf, she’s done few of those.
Wessel Andriessen
Social Media Intern
Wessel is our 20-year-old marketing intern from the Netherlands, joining us for 6 months. He’s usually got music in his ears (Radiohead on repeat), and lately he’s entered his philosophy era, diving into Dostoevsky. When he’s not working, you’ll find him watching movies, enjoying a sunny day on the golf course, or playing padel.
Shihas Shajahan
Compositor (VFX Artist)
Shihas edits by day and directs films in his head at all times. Video editing and motion graphics are how he gets his creative ideas out into the real world. He’s a chronic yes man, terrified of spiders but loves haunted houses and would happily live in one. Weird.
Nicolai Levin
Photographer/Videographer
Our danish/mexican is a horror movie lover and has a serious talent behind the camera, with photography as his main thing. From what we know: he also likes his food with a kick, and brings his hot sauce to work, everyday. and extra bonus fun fact: he used to write and produce his own music. and his brother is a famous DJ!
Carlo
Chief Happiness Officer
And the best of the best, most important of all, mr. Carlo! This little fluffball makes every day at CoHo brighter. Whether he’s greeting members, sprinting through the studio garden, sitting on our desks, or demanding his well-deserved attention, Carlo is the real MVP. P.S. He might occasionally pee himself from the pure excitement of meeting someone new.
